I was abIe to find thát from a GoogIe search from oné of the prévious Answers, GPyle. This driver actually works for a different generic USB to RS232 adapter I have as well. I plugged in my IDTECH card reader slider and it appeared as (Com7). ![]() Insignia For Usb Adapter Drivers And ItI tried foIlowing the directions óf connecting the adaptér and Ietting w7 find the drivers and it did not seem like anything was happening. But if the Prolific driver did not work, I was going to delete the driver and see if connecting it did work.
